You Can Watch Tonight's show features WWE Main Event comes waltzing back into our lives
tonight (June 19, 2013) at 8 p.m. ET on ION Television from the Intrust
Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas. As per usual, this episode was taped on

match on tonight's WWE Main Event television show is Seth Rollins vs.
Kane. Join Ryan Kester for live coverage of WWE Main Event as it airs on
ION Network.
WWE Main Event:
Kane vs. Seth Rollins kicks off the show. Kane defeated Rollins via
disqualification. The Shield interfered after Kane hit a chokeslam. The
Shield then went to triple powerbomb Kane, but the Usos came out for the
save and they cleared the ring.
Sin Cara defeated WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in a non-title match.
Cody Rhodes defeated Justin Gabriel. The Miz got in the ring and had a staredown with Rhodes to end the show.
WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Von Erich (a/k/a Kevin Ross Adkisson) is 56
today. He was born on May 15, 1957. Kevin was inducted into the WWE Hall
of Fame along with the rest of his family in 2009, though Kevin was the
only surviving member of the family to be inducted. Michael Hayes
presented the family and Kevin accepted in person.
The show opens with the MizTV logo and Fandango sign hanging over the
ring as they show a full WrestleMania recap before kicking off the
things with MizTV rather than the Highlight Reel. Miz introduces Randy
Orton as his guest, but then Big enters the ring. Shortly therafter,
Jack Swagger interrupts, then Alberto Del Rio comes out, then Mark
Henry, and then Sheamus. Predictable chaos erupts in the ring as Del
Rio, Orton, and Sheamus clean house. Of course post-match Teddy Long
comes out to announce Del Rio, Orton & Sheamus vs. Henry, Swagger
& Big Show for later on in the night.
WWE Hall of Famer Ron Simmons is 55 today. He was born on May 15,
1958. Simmons was the first African American to win the WCW
Championship. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2012 and
accepted the honor in person. The following matches are listed for the
11:00 p.m. CT airing of the AWA on ESPN Classic: Dennis Stamp vs. Col.
DeBeers, Jay York vs. Curt Hennig, Boris Zhukov and The Barbarian vs.
Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty.
